It was a wonderful experience interacting with Shelly. She is epitome of patience and customer care. She understood what all we want for our bathroom renovation project and suggested best approach. She was also very kind in adjusting to our changing needs and desires. I am glad that Shelly was supplying all the fittings for our project. Highly recommended and I'll use her services again and again.

For those of you that want to know what it was like back in the 70’s snd 80’s when customers were cared for and your problems solved, then Shelly is your answer at Dellarte. We had some difficulties with a piece I purchased and her ability to treat me with true professionalism and put me, as a customer first, was a surprise and a relief. And very few people in Victoria surprise me any more! Shelly, your employer must be thankful to have you with them.

I have recently came across Dell'arte Kitchen and Bathroom located in Brighton. Beautiful collection. Stylish, Quality, Prices and Service 10/10. They have just done our Kitchen. Their Granite Sink & Nickel plated Kitchen Faucet is out of this world. At the end they cleaned all the mess and left a Champaigne bottle for us to enjoy. Highly recommed.

We got our kitchen renovated last year, and Shelly and her team provided excellent services for that. Thanks to them, we could get the renovation done on budget, on time, and with good quality. Will definitely be going back to them if we need to get more renovations done in the future.

Highly reccomended. Have just completed renovation's of 2 bathrooms and the team at Dellarte were highly professional and on more than one occasion went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their products are of excellent quality (our plumber was very impressed) and have a extensive range to choose from. Most of what we selected was not available in the major bathroom stores. Cherry on top is the price is significantly better than Reece etc. Thanks so much Shelly !

Recently made my new house. A friend recommended Dellarte for my kitchen and bathroom fittings. I was little shy because never had been there before, but the experience at Dellarte was extraordinary. The collections that they are displaying is of high quality and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend everyone who want elegant fittings for their house or office but at the same time to be easy on pocket, then Dellarte is the place.

Shelly is the most resourceful and dependable builder I have worked with. I had a very complex restumping job with tight timeline because of family visiting our new house. Shelly lined up all the trades (re-stumper, carpenter, flooring, plasterer, plumber and so on...) within a week and made sure the job was done in time with high standard. Can't recommend her enough!
