Terms & Conditions
Orders & Changes
Once an order has been placed, any changes or returns may incur a restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee applies to third-party products. A 20% restocking fee applies to Dell’Arte or ADF branded products.
Returns
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that eligible products are returned within the applicable return period:
Third-party products: must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Dell’Arte or ADF branded products: must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Additional conditions may apply to special-order or non-returnable products. No returns or refunds are available for custom-made products.
Project Quotations
Project quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the full quantity specified in the quotation. If you wish to change your order or quantities before delivery, Dell’Arte will issue a new quotation, which may reflect changes in pricing or availability. It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity of each item before purchase.
Deposits & Payment
A 20% deposit is required for customers with an approved Dell’Arte Trade Account. Customers without a Dell’Arte Trade Account are required to pay a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in full in accordance with the agreed payment terms before delivery is arranged.
Ownership of Goods
All products remain the property of Dell’Arte until payment has been received in full.
Product Availability & Conditions
Product availability, pricing and lead times may be subject to change. Dell’Arte reserves the right to update or amend quotations where supplier pricing, availability or other circumstances change.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
